• LOCAL DELIVERY (Dallas Area) 

We deliver Monday-Wednesday and require 24 hours notice for delivery.  

The cut-off time for local delivery is noon the prior business day.

Delivery is available Monday-Wendesday between the hours of 10am-5pm for orders placed at least 24 hours in advance. Customer must allow for a 2hour window for delivery since we cannot promise an exact time. 

• NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

Please note - We ship GROUND & 2-DAY packages MONDAY-WEDNESDAY to arrive TUESDAY-FRIDAY (by 5pm to business addresses and by 8pm to residential addresses). 

We guarantee to ship your order on time, but we cannot guarantee arrival times because this is up to the shipping company. We can assist with product and packaging issues, but all shipping issues must be taken up directly with the shipping company.

In order to qualify as a catering order, we require a minimum 20 of the same item to be ordered. otherwise, it is considered a normal pre-order.

In addition, we ask that guests confirm their order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Refund Policy:

• 72 hours before pick-up date: Fully refunded.
• 48 hour before pick-up date: Half of the payment refunded.
• 24 hours before pick-up date: No refund.
